This Privacy Policy describes how the "Sherman Lake Holdings Books" application ("the Application"), operated by BFD‑Mapping LLC ("we", "us"), handles data. The Application is a private integration used solely for the internal accounting of Sherman Lake Holdings LLC. It is not a public or multi‑tenant service.
With your authorization, the Application accesses accounting data in your QuickBooks Online company through Intuit's official API — including customers, vendors, invoices, expenses, bills, deposits, journal entries, chart of accounts, and financial reports. It accesses only the QuickBooks company you explicitly connect.
Data is used only to reconcile bookings, channel payouts, lodging taxes, and management fees, and to post and verify the corresponding accounting entries. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party. We use it for no purpose other than operating your books.
OAuth tokens are stored encrypted on the operator's machine (Windows Credential Manager / DPAPI) and are never exposed in code or logs. Accounting data is processed transiently and not retained beyond what is needed to complete a reconciliation task.
You may revoke the Application's access at any time from within QuickBooks Online (Apps → Manage) or by contacting us. On revocation, stored tokens are deleted and no further access occurs.
