End‑User License Agreement

This End‑User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of the "Sherman Lake Holdings Books" application ("the Application"), a private QuickBooks Online integration operated by BFD‑Mapping LLC for Sherman Lake Holdings LLC.

1. License

The Application is licensed, not sold, for the sole and internal use of Sherman Lake Holdings LLC and its authorized operator (BFD‑Mapping LLC). It is not distributed to, or licensed for use by, the public.

2. Permitted Use

The Application may be used only to read and write accounting data in the connected QuickBooks Online company for bookkeeping, reconciliation, and reporting.

3. Authorization & Revocation

Use requires OAuth authorization by an administrator of the QuickBooks company. Authorization may be revoked at any time within QuickBooks Online, which terminates this license.

4. No Warranty

The Application is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. The operator is responsible for reviewing all accounting entries it produces.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BFD‑Mapping LLC shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.
